Mushroom-Chicken Salad

3/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, chopped
¼ teaspoon no-salt added dijon-style mustard
1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Toss mushrooms, chicken and celery in a medium-size bowl.

To make dressing, combine all ingredients in a small bowl

Add dressing to chicken mixture. Toss to combine.
