Pork with Mango

Ingredients

1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp oil
1/2 lb pork butt or tenderloin, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 whole sweet red pepper, sliced in long, thin strips
1 whole mango, peeled and sliced

Preparation

Combine the soy sauce, barbecue sauce, and brown sugar in a small bowl.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the pork and pepper. Stir to cook, about 3 minutes. Add the mango and sauce. Cook 1 minute to heat through.
