Honey Dijon Salmon

Ingredients

2 tbsp dijon mustard
4 tsp honey
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 lb salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 whole Lemon, cut into wedges

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

In a small bowl, mix the mustard and honey.

In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and parsley.

Place the salmon in an ovenproof pan. Spoon the mustard mixture evenly over each fillet and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Bake 15 minutes for each inch of thickness, or until the fish is flaky. Serve with lemon wedges.
