Beat milk and pudding with wire whisk, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir in whipped topping and half of the crumbs. Fill 8 oz. cups 3/4 full. Top with remaining crumbs and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Decorate with gummy worms, malted milk balls, gum drop flowers or anything creative to resemble flower pots.
