Meatball & Cheese Pizza Bake

Ingredients

1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
1 teaspoon italian herb seasoning
1 pkg active dry yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm water (120˚ to 130˚F)
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 oz frozen ground beef meatballs,
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon Minced garlic

Preparation

Mix the flour, yeast, olive oil, sugar and salt with the warm water, mix until it forms a dough and spread in the bottom of a greased deep pie plate.

Firmly push meatballs into dough, but not all the way though. Pour pizza sauce over meatballs and sprinkle with garlic, cheese and Italian herb seasoning.

Bake by placing in a cold oven; set temperature to 350°F. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
