All-American Pork Burger

All-American Smithfield Pork Burger served on sandwich buns and topped with American or Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and Smithfield Bacon.
INGREDIENTS
Smithfield Bacon, cooked crisp and drained, 8 slice(s)
Smithfield Ground Pork, 16 oz.
Worcestershire sauce, 2 Tbsp.
Steak seasoning blend, 1 1/2 Tsp.
Sandwich buns, 4
American or cheddar cheese, 4 slice(s)
Lettuce leaves, 4
Tomato, 4 slice(s)

DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Combine ground pork, Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning; mix well.
STEP 2
Shape into 4 (1-inch thick) patties. Grill burgers approximately 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165ÂşF, turning every 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Serve on buns topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon.
