  • Go to Register Now
  • Choose either Schererville or Valparaiso US 30 store location up top in the menu bar, depending on which class location you would like to attend
  • Add the Charcuterie Class item to your cart and check out
  • Pick any date (events are on May 15th and May 22nd), make sure to choose PICK UP not delivery
