HIGHLAND, IN. – Strack & Van Til and 3 Floyds Brewing in Munster are partnering together to create a truly unique product to the region for a limited time.

In celebration of thirty years of its brand, 3 Floyds produced a limited run of Dark Lord, a bourbon barrel-aged Imperial stout. Under the name Dark Lord XXX, this distinctive beer with 14.5% ABV is making a special appearance starting November 3, 2026. The Dark Lord is released annually in May, and this is the first time that a Dark Lord variant has been released in 4-packs of 12 oz bottles outside of the Dark Lord Day festival.

But the party doesn’t stop there. Strack & Van Til has collaborated with 3 Floyds in not only selling the beer, but in creating a Dark Lord Beer bratwurst.

“It’s our own exclusive recipe made with the popular 3 Floyds Dark Lord beer,” explains Strack & Van Til’s Chief Marketing and Merchandising Officer Michael Tyson. The fresh signature bratwurst is made with 3 Floyds Dark Lord Beer with notes of coffee, natural Mexican vanilla, and Indian sugar.

And just like 3 Floyd’s Dark Lord beer, Strack & Van Til’s special beer brat variety is only available while supplies last.
